Conner is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Apayao. Best known as the fruit basket of Apayao.

According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 20,429 people in 3,808 households.

Conner is politically subdivided into 21 barangays.

The climate is dry between the months of November and April, and wet the rest of the year.
